Basically, this is how the system works...

1. eazySiteBuilder allows you to choose and build your initial site style & layout. You choose the layout, images, fonts & colours by following a simple online series of steps. You add your logo and you choose a free 'isonlinehere.com' address. There are currently a staggering 1,416,998 combinations of websites that can be built!
   
   
2. eazyCMS allows you to edit your website by inserting your own content (text & images) into your website. This is a complete, profesional system with a long list of features. There is an annual cost for hosting your website, and keeping it online, 24/7/365.
   
   
3. eazyCompletes are complete websites designed on a theme, with a style and layout already built. They are already live on the World Wide Web with a suitable domain name. They are edited with eazyCMS.

Q. Sounds great! How much does it cost?

Q. What sort of websites can be built with eazySiteBuilder?

There are currently a staggering 1,416,998 combinations of websites that can be built with eazySiteBuilder, so the chances are it will be able to build something tailored just for you! The system is being updated all the time by our team of designers, and there are new image schemes, fonts, colours and templates being made available all the time. In fact, with so many combinations, it makes it increasingly unlikely that any two sites built with the system will ever look exactly the same!

Q. So, why do I need a Content Management System anyway??

Because its easy to make changes to your site, without needing to know any HTML or have any design skills. The site style (colours, fonts, layout, etc) is all fixed by the site template, so when you make updates to the site, your work is displayed within the style of the site. With a Content Management System, its easy to seperate content (the words, pictures, lists, tables, forms, etc, etc that go to make up the main body of your website) from style.

Q. Why eazyCMS?

For many reasons! Perhaps the main ones are 1) its an advanced system that allows you to do pretty much anything with the site. 2) there's no software to install because its totally web-based, and 3) its so easy to use!

Q. I don't really get on with computers... will I really be able to use this thing?!

Of course! If you can type text into a document using a word processor like Microsoft Word, then yes, you will be able to use eazyCMS! Making clean, great-looking webpages is possible by doing little more than some basic typing. Mark a title as bold, add a couple of links, maybe add a list... it really is that easy! You can start with simple changes, and then use some of the more advanced features when you are more familiar with the system.

Q. OK, sounds easy enough... but what if I get stuck? What then?

Well, there are full online help files available within the editor, which will most likely be able to help with any query you have. However, if you get stuck, you can just click the eazySupport icon from within eazyCMS, and 'chat' direct to one of our Support Team by typing your questions into a small popup window. Full, two-way conversations are possible like this - while you are actually using the system, at the time that you actually need the help! Plus, if the Support team is offline (hey we have to sleep too, right?!) the system will prompt you to leave a message, which will be dealt with as soon as they are online again. Usually, this is even handled outside of normal business hours too!

Q. Bottom line... why is eazyCMS so affordable?

eazyCMS has had a great deal of development time spent upon it. The amount that our staff have to get involved with the site building proceess has been minimised to reduce the cost to you. With an eazyComplete, we do not need to get further involved with the development of your site at all - as it has already been developed. You edit and manage your own site, leaving us to support it.

Q. I have heard a lot about templates for sale on Ebay and elsewhere. What's the difference between the eazyComplete web sites and the templates I have seen for sale?

There are many templates for sale on Ebay, and elsewhere on the web. Most of the time, they are not in a format that you can easily edit. However, even if you do find one that you like, and it can be edited, templates alone are not enough to give you a web presence. They are merely the starting point. You need to be able to create your own web pages based upon a template, store your web data and template in a backend database, edit the data easily without breaking the template, write a scripting language that is sufficiently intelligent to collect your data, 'wrap' it in the template, and display it to the end user. Then, your complete website (template, database, CMS) needs to be hosted on a reliable web server for all this to happen as well... Its a complex set of requirements, but this is essentialy what we are offering - an easy, complete web solution.

Q. How can I make money from eazyCMS?

Q. What does WYSIWYG stand for?

WYSIWYG stands for What You See Is What You Get. This means that while you are editing the site it will look exactly as it will when published.

Q. What does "publishing a page" mean?

This is the process of changing the status of a page from 'work in progress' to being 'live'. When a page is being edited it is not visible to the outside world until it is published.

Q. What are the requirements to run eazyCMS?

Since eazyCMS is completely web based all you need is a copy of Internet Explorer, and a web connection. We are currently working on making eazyCMS fully cross-browser compatible in the near future and if you would like us to let you know when we have completed this please don't hesitate to contact us.
